Ring's architecture was built to extend. The data backbone, the localization engine, and the alarm/notification plumbing are already in place — the roadmap is about widening coverage, not re-platforming. Every roadmap item ships behind the same engineering quality gates (automated tests, isolated branches, staged commissioning) that protect the live plant today.
